● Their entries are entirely their own work and can be legally submitted by them.

● Entries must be newly published on HoYoLAB after JAN 19, 2024 through the above-mentioned event link. Entries that are made public beforehand on any platform or through any channel are invalid.

● Images can be uploaded directly on the event page. Image file size cannot exceed 20MB.

● Each entrant can only win once in each category. In the case of winning multiple awards, only the highest award will be given.

● The contributors to collaborative entries are credited when submitting. Every collaborative entry can only be submitted by one contestant, who will also receive the prizes awarded for the entry.

● The organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify entrants for any of the following reasons:

4. Without the written consent of the organizer, entrants shall not use or permit third parties to use their entries for commercial purposes.

5. Entrants shall not provide false or invalid information.

6. Entrants shall not take actions that violate any rules imposed by the organizer, disrupt the contest (such as impacting its fairness), or entail negative consequences.

● By submitting a creation, entrants have agreed to follow the contest's rules. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the contest's rules.

☆☆☆ Results Announcement & Prize Issuance ☆☆☆

● After the selection period ends, we will announce the results in our communities.

● Winners must submit their info as requested by FEB 17, 2024. Failure to comply amounts to a forfeiture of the prizes.

● In-game prizes will be issued within 30 days of closing the shipping address form. Physical prizes will be shipped within 90 days of closing the shipping address form. The actual delivery times will vary by service. Thank you for your understanding.
