Has anyone have any ideia on why my character info (uid) and my account got separated? i checked with some of my friends and my character is still ingame AR43 but when i login into the account the games starts from scratch, tried to contact genshin CS but 1 week passed and still no answer.
Any ideia on what might caused this? or how to fix it.
(I already sent them tons of screenshots and info about the character info to prove its mine)
